I had so much fun interviewing my pal Dale Moss. You might know Dale from The Bachelorette in 2020, where he got engaged after a few episodes and shook up the season. Dale is also a former NFL wide receiver and is currently exploring his love of storytelling and film by executive producing three docu-series, which he talks about near the end.
We cover his childhood, how the unconditional love he received from his parents influenced how he continued to show up in the world despite being the repeated target of racism, his experience on The Bachelorette, his current relationship, his love for his sister and the Special Olympics, and so much more.

Dale Moss is a former NFL wide receiver who made his transition out of professional sports through the modeling industry. Dale quickly became one of Wilhelmina Models top fitness models before transitioning into mainstream entertainment.
As a sports and entertainment host, Dale has given viewers an all-access look during Super Bowl Sunday, the Grammys and TriBeca Film Festival to name a few. As a TV personality, Dale became a household name in 2020 through the reality TV world and has since successfully transitioned into film as an actor & producer.
In 2021 he booked his first lead role in a feature film. As an executive producer in the documentary world, Dale currently has 3 projects in development with the Academy award-winning production company Radical Media. Beyond the lens, Dale’s focus is IMPACT and has been advocating for inclusive measures on a global scale since 2015 as a Special Olympics Global Ambassador. Dale’s sister Amber has been the driving force behind his work with the organization and he’s currently developing a docuseries to bring light to the amazing stories of Special Olympic athletes.
