How connected do you feel to your body? To your source of divine energy?

Being disconnected from your body can also create being disconnected from your pleasure and your power. This is a common experience for many women which has to do with how and where you’re raised. Many societies teach girls from a young age, to be disconnected from and feel ashamed of their bodies. Regena Thomashauer on Hello Freedom with Terri ColeLearning how to honor your body as the amazing source of life that it is, increases feelings of self worth and empowerment. Intentionally nourishing a positive relationship with your body, your sensuality and your pleasure, increases self esteem which will ultimately that will inevitably spill over into all aspects of your life.

Today’s Hello Freedom guest is my pal and mentor Regena Thomashauer aka Mama Gena, of Mama Gena’s School of the Womanly Arts. Mama Gena has a new, paradigm shifting book out tomorrow,  Pussy: A Reclamation, which is a culmination of her life’s work. It’s about discovering what no one has taught us: the source of our feminine power and how to use it. So many of us are still at war with our bodies, disconnected from the truth about we want in our lives. This book is a light leading us back to our own inherent radiance.

I think you’re going to love what Regena has to say about women, our connection with our sensuality, body, and power, and how to harness it and tap into the resource that we are to the world.
