Today I’m talking about one of my favorite topics: authentic self-love. Self-love is often misunderstood: you see these posts on social media with little quotes like, “Just love yourself!” This makes it seem like self-love is something you can just conjure, or an experience you can just make happen with your mind. But we know that’s not true.
Authentic self-love is evidenced in your behavior, it’s about caring for yourself, forgiving yourself, and so much more. And as I’m beginning to focus on the topics for this year’s Real Love Revolution, I thought this would be a good topic. Today I’m sharing the five simple steps to love yourself fully.
