There’s a particular problem that I see with a lot of my therapy clients, predominantly women, but it can also happen with men. The issue is that my clients stay in unhealthy relationships, even when they know it should be modified or done.
This doesn’t just happen with romantic relationships, family relationships and friendships can also fit into this mold.
Remember, you are the boss of you! I want you to take a good look at the people you are spending time with and how you feel after spending time with them. I know that ending or modifying relationships can be very difficult, that’s why I created a little guide to help you change these relationships.
On today’s show, I talk about how to manage your VIP section of relationships in your life, how to avoid toxic people, what a real relationship looks like and how to handle the fear of rejection and more.
