Healthy boundaries are so important, and at the same time, they easily get confusing. But I’m hope this episode helps clear things up for you. We all need to express, create and enforce healthy boundaries but before that, you need to learn what is on our way.
On today’s podcast, I talk about the consequences of not setting boundaries, and the harm of overworking and over-giving. We have been conditioned to believe that to be a good woman, everything should be ok. I believe it has passed the time for us to bust those myths. The world needs, and we personally need, to change that narrative.
