I am so excited to have my pal Dr. John Delony back on the show to talk about his new (and much-needed) book, Building A Non-Anxious Life.

Since the pandemic, so many of my clients, friends, and family members are anxious in a way they’ve never been before. I’ve even noticed it in myself, and I do not consider myself an anxious person!
