Before the pandemic, I was always a gym person. I liked the social aspect of meeting up with my gym friends, and I never imagined that I could motivate myself to work out at home. That changed when I found today’s guest, Michelle Briehler. She is a Youtube workout leader and certified health and life coach who has helped thousands of people, including my sister and I, stay fit and feel good about themselves without going to the gym in person.
