“We repeat what we do not repair” is a wonderful quote by Christine Olaf. I use this quote when I’m talking about transference or applying an experience that you had in the past to the one you’re currently in.
Transference isn’t always bad, but in some cases we can take toxic experiences from a past and apply them to the current state of our relationship.
In today’s episode, I talk about what to do if you’re putting your experiences from the past onto your current situation.
