Raise your hand if you have trust issues? We are all probably raising our hand, because most of us have some degree of trust issues that we’re looking to tackle.
Trust issues occur when we take dishonest experiences from our past and project them onto our future. If we don’t repair trust issues, I think that they will keep appearing in your life.
On today’s show, I’ll talk about some amazing things that you can do all on your own to help heal your trust issues and live a more fulfilled life.

I was recently gifted an invitation to a virtual celebrity chef event, which I was very excited about. I received a cocktail kit for the event which I didn't expect and was very excited about it. A second package came when I was at work. My husband brought in the package (I wasn't expected that either). I received a text from him but called my husband since I was driving. He told me a received another package and the first thing I said is "don't open it." He said he already did. I watched the security video later and he opened the package two minutes after he texted me. I was upset that he opened the package but didn't say anything until several hours later after I got home and said, "I wish you would have called before you opened the package." He got angry with me because he said it was perishable and he took pictures as he was opening it. But that is not the same as unboxing the gift myself. I feel I addressed this issue calming and appropriately and don't know what else I could have done. Any suggestions?
Hi Dee – so is the real problem here that you told him not to open it and he opened it anyway after he heard you say that?
You are a beautiful person Ms. Cole!
Thank you!
