Do you get mom guilt? If you are a mom or have a mother, chances are that you get this guilt too. As women (and for some men too), we tend to want to give so much and try to be the perfect mom. When we don’t fulfill our idea of perfection, we feel guilty. The more you are capable of drawing boundaries in your life, the less guilt you’ll feel in general.
On today’s show, I’ll give you some tips and important reminders for setting boundaries so that you can take care of yourself and your family. At the end of this episode, I also have a special gift for you! You can download a Boundary Guilt Free Guided Meditation.
