Hello Freedom with Terri ColeWelcome to my new podcast, Hello Freedom!

I’m so excited to start this journey with you. Why a podcast? Well, I did it for many reasons. I wanted to add value, reach more people and to help you understand that you can create anything you want in your life.

Who am I? I’m a licensed psychotherapist, and have been a transformation expert for almost 20 years. But that’s not all! I’m also a yoga enthusiast, an optimist, a vegetarian, and an aspiring trapeze artist.

This podcast is about people who are solving problems. The goal is to help you achieve freedom and to lessen the fear and pain in your life with creative, effective and easy to execute solutions.

We’re going to talk about everything from love and dreams to health, wellness, aging and of course manifesting and creating.

Thank you for joining me.

  1. I have subscribed and I am really loving your podcasts and learning from you and your guests .
A topic I would love you to address is setting boundaries without burning bridges .
As someone who used to get walked on and then eventually flee , I am no longer getting walked on , but now I set my boundary and Run when it is crossed . How do we set boundaries and then move forward in a relationship where they have been crossed , wether it is business or personal ?

    1. Hi Angela,

Thanks for your comment and for tuning into Hello Freedom! Make sure to check out my blog on boundaries https://terricole.com/setting-and-enforcing-healthy-boundaries/ AND energy vampires https://terricole.com/energy-vampires-the-best-ways-to-protect-yourself/ . The decision to move forward once a boundary has been crossed is a personal one and can be unique to each situation you face. It’s a constant balance and practice of checking in with yourself. Get curious about how you feel and what you need, and also why you feel you want to continue relationships with those who cross boundaries. Your answers can provide some powerful insight.
      Lots of love, Terri
