Why is it so hard to end a relationship? You want to be safe, you want to be kind, but you also want to protect yourself. It’s a challenging enough task that many people put it off for as long as possible.
About a month ago I shared an episode about knowing when it’s time to end your relationship – the signs you should look for and questions you should ask yourself. Since then, I have been getting lots of requests for a follow up. Now you know it’s time to end it – how do you do it? Today I’m sharing some ideas of what not to do and what to do to end your relationship in a peaceful, respectful way.
