Today I am talking to my good friend Alex Jamieson. You may have seen her on Oprah or know her as the co-producer of the Oscar-nominated documentary Super Size Me. These days Alex continues to focus on food, empowering women, and advocating for kids.
Since we last spoke with her, Alex has become a certified positive psychology coach. Today she is sharing with us how this technique came into her life and how she has used it to help herself and her child. She created something called a Fuck-It List as a way to help people flip their mindset on the negative things in their lives. Listen in as she talks about the differences between a fixed mindset and a growth mindset, the word “yet,” and creating your own Fuck-It List.
