Love Your Body Now! on Hello Freedom with Terri Cole

Love Your Body Now! on Hello Freedom with Terri ColeI find in my practice and in groups that I run that women still really struggle with their relationships with their bodies. They are still conditioned to talk badly about it. We spend our whole lives comparing ourselves unfairly to these bodies we see in the media that are not realistic!

What happens when you are constantly negatively obsessing about your body? When there is so much self-loathing and negative self-talk that you can’t enjoy and take care of your body? Today I’m talking about how to love your body in this very moment – not ten pounds from now, not when you’re “better” shape. It’s time to pay attention to how having a constant feeling of self-loathing impacts your physical health, your mental health, and your relationships. You don’t need to wait for something terrible to happen to your body for you to appreciate it for the amazing instrument that it is. You need to love your body now!
