Have you ever been told that you’re too sensitive? I noticed during last year’s election that there were lots of my clients and friends and even myself, who I considered to be highly sensitive, were really impacted by the events. All of the events were so nasty.
What does it mean to be highly sensitive? Today I’m going to go over the signs and symbols of a highly sensitive person. My goal is to help you find out if you are one of us! And next week I’ll be talking about how we, as highly sensitive people, can take care of and protect ourselves during these kind of tumultuous times, and how to use these skills for good.
I want to help you take this vulnerability and turn it into a superpower. The more you’re aware that you’re a highly sensitive person and are dialed into these special things about you, the more you’ll be able to harness your power.
