Today I’m talking about resolutions. Every year with my clients and pals, we do our year end review or the good, the bad and what we learned. We make lists and do some ritualistic burning to leave the crappy stuff behind. Because let’s be honest, resolutions don’t work! We make them too hard, and we drive ourselves crazy. But writing down your goals does make you more likely to achieve them. And I love releasing residual negativity to start fresh and clean for a brand new year.
In that spirit, I want to thank you so much for being here. It’s such an honor and a privilege to be in your life. I know you’re busy and you could be doing a zillion other things, but you choose to hang out with me.
I also want to tell you about a present I have for you. It is the holiday season, after all! We are ramping up for the Real Love Revolution with a waiting list. It’s a private Facebook group, and when you sign up you’ll be getting all kinds of different assessments, guided meditations, and training videos about love. This is all in preparation for a course I’m doing in February, but you can do this prior to the course or just on its own! I’m doing a weekly live stream Q&A about a focus question. So I’d like to invite all the women listening to join me in my real love revolution tribe.
