It’s Day 3! You are ROCKING it! I was so inspired by all of your personal Boundary Boss heroes posts yesterday! 

Thank you SO much for showing up for YOU...because when one of us raises our boundary IQ there’s such a positive ripple effect ...not only in your own life, but in the world! 

Today’s Q is one that I know for a fact is going to resonate with so many of you:

How can I set boundaries kindly and clearly without sounding like a b*tch?

Especially as women, we’re raised to be the “good girl”. To be nice. And saying “no” or stating our actual preferences can feel like we’re being selfish. Or full of ourselves. Or, yeah. A bitch.
