I was a gym person pre-pandemic, but thanks to today’s guest, Michelle Briehler, I find myself loving the ease and convenience of at-home workouts. Michelle is a YouTube workout leader and certified health and life coach who has helped thousands of people, including my sister and I, stay fit and feel good about themselves.

This was a thoroughly enjoyable podcast interview. I, too, appreciate, admire and enjoy the work of Michelle Briehler. Soon to turn 65 years young, and in the field, I, too, always want to keep learning. I am in safe hands with Michelle's teachings as she clearly stays current with the science of exercise, mobility and flexibility.
