Today I’m sharing an interview with Dr. John Delony. He’s a mental health expert, podcast host, and author who specializes in making the path to mental wellness accessible for everyone, especially people who don’t come from an academic background.
John explained five steps you can take to heal past traumas that are getting in the way of your current life, no matter who you are. Plus, we chatted about codependency in parent-child relationships— how damaging it can be to both parties when parents are dependent on children for their emotional stability.
